A favourite hang-out, on the water.

The PC Bar · now open
The Container
Our little Peoples Coffee bar out front — a walk-up container hatch pouring the full coffee menu, alternative milks and hot chocs by day. Come evening it turns bar: cocktails, local beers and wine, served with the sea on your doorstep. Grab a drink, pull up a spot by the water, and watch the world (and the boats) drift by. The inside cafe is coming soon.

More than just coffee
As well as our legendary coffee, we serve a range of cakes, snacks, lunches and refreshments — all handmade with local ingredients, either on site or by one of our community.
A brew with a view
Surrounded by water, on both sides
Hidden away at the end of the Mount Batten peninsula, we are wrapped by water — the Atlantic on one side, the cultural heart of the Barbican on the other. Watch sailboats catch the breeze, tankers slide past the breakwater, and Royal Navy ships cruise in and out. Some days it is all calm and kayaks; other days, full-blown naval drama. Either way, the view never gets old.
Roasting classes
Roast it. Brew it.
Taste it. Master it.
Our roastery courses drop you right into the action — no boring lectures, no coffee snobbery, just real skills and really good coffee. Join us by the coast and level up your coffee game.
£50 for a half day · first Sunday of every month.
